Architecture
Architectural Services including: Land planning, space planning, concept development, construction documentation and administration, retaining and coordination of all required consultants, municipality negotiations/presentations, construction management.
Design
Design Services including: Schematic design, design development, construction documents, FFE selections and specifications, presentations,3D max visualization, renderings, brand development and execution, millwork design and manufacturing services, construction administration.
Project Management/Owner’s Representative
Preconstruction Services including: Master planning, program development based on master plan, prelim. budget for hard & soft costs, duration schedules, rfp review, bid evaluation, cash flow projections Construction Phase Services including: Management of design team during schematic design, design development and construction documents, evaluate value engineering opportunities, review construction costs, review contractor’s draw requests, review and assist in implementing 3rd party testing, assist in close-out process.
